Dr. Jillian Marshall earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from The University of Arizona in 2009, followed by her Doctorate in Audiology from Arizona State University in 2013. She is a licensed Audiologist and an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Marshall brings considerable expertise through her work with neuro-otology practices in Dallas, Texas and Edmond, Oklahoma. She played a key role in establishing the Audiology/ENT Clinic at Mercy Hospital in Edmond.

Her commitment to Audiology was inspired by her nephew’s significant hearing impairment, motivating her to serve individuals with similar needs. Dr. Marshall strives to see her patients as individuals beyond their diagnosis. While her primary focus is the patient’s hearing, she also considers her patient’s lifestyle to help them get back to doing what they love the most.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Dr. Marshall lived in Edmond, Oklahoma for eight years prior to relocating to The Woodlands. She is thrilled to be back in the Lonestar State! Outside of work, Dr. Marshall enjoys spending time with her two sons, Thomas and Graham, and her husband Sam. You can typically find them at the baseball field or relaxing in Wimberley, Texas. Additionally, she enjoys walking her labrador, Birdie, reading, and needlepoint.

Dr. Marshall has been with The Woodlands Hearing Center since January 2026. She feels blessed to be part of the team at TWHC and looks forward to meeting you!
